Makapuu Lighthouse Trail

The larger of the two island pictured here is often called "Rabbit Island" by locals in Hawaii, not because of rabbits, but because from sea level, the island looks like the head of a rabbit. The island is a bird sanctuary and people are not allowed on the island.
