Hawaii State Representative Jon Riki Karamatsu joins the beach party with Sondra Barker and Dave Randall. Most of Hawaii's government officials and business people wear Hawaiian shirts as everyday work attire. Fridays are often referred to as "Aloha Friday" a day when people would make an effort to wear their favorite aloha shirt or aloha dress to work.
