Important Note For International Customers: International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot mark your packaging as a "gift" or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. To do so would risk losing our license to ship. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to us due to an input error on the customer's part.

Please make sure the billing address provided with your order is up to date as a discrepancy between the credit card number and billing address can cause a delay in the processing of your order.
Out of Stock Items
We do, occasionally, run out of certain items. We make an effort to ensure that all items are readily available or are in production and scheduled for arrival at our fulfillment center shortly. We may ship your order partially, only billing you for the items that are shipped. When we ship the remainder of your order, you will be billed separately for that portion. In most cases, you will not be charged for shipping. In some cases, you will be charged a pro-rated shipping amount based on the original shipping charge if your order shipped completely the first time.
Time Sensitive Orders
If your items appear that they will not be available by the date you need them we will let you know so you can choose alternatives or cancel your order if necessary. Please fill out the "NEED-BY" date or we will not know whether your items are time sensitive or not. If we do not see a "NEED-BY" date we will assume your order is not time sensitive and will ship when it is available.
If only part of your order is available for immediate shipping, we will send those items first, then send the remainder as soon as they are available. You will NOT be charged extra shipping for this. If you prefer to receive your entire order in one shipment, please let us know by putting a comment in the comments field of order form.
We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.712% or orders that are ordered and delivered to Oahu (4.16% to neighbor islands). There is no tax on all orders that originate and are delivered outside Hawaii at this time.
We charge $12.00 per order for gift wrapping. When you check out, you will have an option to have your order gift wrapped and can enter a brief message to the recipient that you want included along with the gift.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt. Go to our website and place a replacement order for your items. If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means it is sold out so you may have to check the store for availability every few days.
If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is no restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credits to appear on your statement.
