We ship to all 50 states in the US as well as all US territories.
All orders ship directly out of Hawaii.
Please be sure that the billing address
provided with your order is up to date as any discrepancy between
the credit card number and the associated address can cause a delay
or cancellation of your order.

US Priority Mail delivers Monday through
Saturday. Federal Express delivers Monday through Friday.

Out of Stock Items
We occasionally run out of certain items. We make an effort to make
sure the items available on the site are readily available or are in
production and scheduled or arrival at our fulfillment center
shortly. Certain items are only made after an order is placed. These
items have a production lead time of about 2 weeks. We may ship your
order partially, billing you for the items that ship. When we ship
the remainder of you order, you will be billed separately for that
portion. In most cases, you will not be charged for additional
shipping. In some cases, you will be charged a pro-rated shipping
amount based on the original shipping charge.
Tax
We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.166% to Hawaii
residents only.
Gift Wrapping
We charge $9.95 per order for gift wrapping. When you check out,
you will have an option to have your order gift wrapped and can
enter a brief message to the recipient that you want included
along with the gift.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can
send the item back to us in its original condition along with the
receipt. Go to our website and place a replacement order for your
items. If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we
will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and
you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement
order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means
it is sold out so you may have to check the store for availability
every few days.
If you want to return an item for a refund,
simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with
the receipt for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all
returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All
exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after
receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credits to
appear on your statement.
