Sunshine SlawA bright and flavorful coleslaw packed with island flavor. Sweet and tangy pineapple,verdant cilantro, with a little heat from fresh jalapeno.


2 16oz bags coleslaw mix

1 bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped

1 small or 1/2 med red onion, halved, thinly sliced

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

1 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained

1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1/2 tsp, kosher salt

1 bottle Hawaiian Chip Company Pineapple Salad Dressing


In large bowl combine all ingredients. Toss well to make sure everything is well distributed. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour so flavors can marry. Give it a mix every now and again so everything gets well coated. Serve chilled
